REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: The original shipping cost paid will not be refunded.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A 20% Restocking Fee will be deducted from orders over $100 your total refund amount and the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once the item is received and accepted, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following types of product are not accepted for return:
Discontinued Product: Discontinued product or product in discontinued packaging may not be returned.
Seasonal Product: Product that is branded or packaged as seasonal/holiday may not be returned.
Make-up, Make-up brushes, combs, brushes, and eyelash extensions: All sales are final. If you would like to return a product, please review our policy in full and then reach out to us by phone to discuss the reason you wish to return your product. We're unable to do a full refund on any used products.
